Die RUF Mischholzbriketts sind das eigentliche Standardprodukt unter den Holzbriketts. Das Rohmaterial kommt aus Sägewerken, die zumeist ein sehr breit gefächertes Produktesortiment aufweisen. Daher können die Briketts im Aussehen und in der Zusammensetzung variieren.
Holzbriketts werden aus natürlichen Rohstoffen produziert und so gleicht sich bei dieser Sorte meist keine Palette der anderen.
Aufgrund der Mischung aus Laub- und Nadelhölzern werden die guten Eigenschaften der Laubhölzer (lange Glut) mit denen der Nadelhölzer (schöne Flamme, lange Flammdauer) vereint und es entsteht ein ausgewogenes Mittel.
Da die Mischholzbriketts kein sortenreines Produkt sind, sondern alle Sägespäne, Hobelspäne und Hackschnitzel verarbeitet werden, kann auch eine günstigere Verarbeitung sichergestellt werden. Somit haben die Mischholzbriketts das beste Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und sind der heimliche Favorit bei vielen Heizern die auf die Geldbörse schauen müssen.

• Holzbriketts sollten immer vor Nässe geschützt in trockenen Räumen gelagert werden.
• Holzbriketts können in Heizanlagen für feste Brennstoffe verwendet werden.
• Der Brennraum des Ofens darf nur gemäß der Herstellerangaben befüllt werden.
• Die Luftzufuhr darf erst gedrosselt werden, wenn die Briketts vollständig glühen.
• Runde Briketts dehnen sich beim Verbrennen aus und können bis zu 50% länger werden.
